What we can expect from 2008?
Let me guess.

In 2008 there will be no UFO disclosure. People is waiting this open
contact for the last 2 or 3 thousand years.
The abductions mythology will enter into a period of decadence. There
is nothing more to say. Principal experts in Abductionology are
writing fiction again.
The religious wars between Ufologists will intensify.
Manipulated paranoia of course will remain fixed in the same narratives.
Vatican, Jesuits, Illuminati, Reptilians controlling gov. will be as
usual the big themes.
The content of contactees messages will be unsubstantial as usual.
The well known blend of religion, new age, occultism and total lack of
imagination.
Probably there will be new self-proclaimed contactees with nothing new
to say. Perhaps they will change the origin of their ETs.

Faked pictures and videos of presumed UFOs will saturate the Internet.
Nobody will care anymore about what is true and what isn't.
The UFO "Doktors" will write a few more books and try to sell them,
but it will not be a good year. People will pay more attention to the
Presidential Elections in USA.

Comets and "Messages"

A comet is a small body in the Solar System that orbits the Sun and, when close enough to the Sun, exhibits a visible (or atmosphere) and/or a tail — both primarily from the effects of solar radiation upon the comet's nucleus . The nucleus itself measures a few kilometres or tens of kilometres across, and is composed mostly of rock, dust and ice.
Superstition attributes negative properties to comets.
Now, IF we take a group of true-believers and tell them to meditate in a comet suggesting that some old prophesy talks about this celestial visitor. Suggestion will work "marvels".
This people will talk about mystic experiences , revelations, visions, you name it.
So, the comet is now some kind of Entity that gives a "message" to the true-believers.
The next step, for a marketized guru is to write a book or give lectures about these experiences. The comet is now a commodity with a monetary value.

The comet "message" can be sold and bought.
Can also be related with anything and everything.
The Guru can talk about an "expansion of consciousness" without telling us what exactly he understands as expansion of consciousness.
What can we do? Just apply Occam's Razor, remembering that a comet is nothing more, nothing less...than a comet.
If we don't, we are back in the Middle Age, and this has very negative consequences for people who THINK.

One of the characteristics of "marketing" is that makes people forget about it.
Baudrillard, the french critic, said that we are now in the society of the simulacrum.
The value of Truth, he wrote, is the Show.
Nothing can get out of the process of "commodification, " so, if we are truly interested in the UFO phenomenon, we must be aware of this.
Let us consider Roswell. Personally I believe that Roswell was a piece of disinformation directed to the Soviet Union in the beginnings of the Cold War.
However. what Is important is the meaning of Roswell now. The "pseudo-event" is "marketized. "
So, what remains is the show, the books or booklets, films, videos, etc. This has nothing to do with Truth. Is just marketing.
The media, the publishers, the marketers, care nothing about truth.
In this marketing environment, abductions, for example, are TWO things : events that "inspire" writers OR writers creating abductions.
What can be done? ask for EVIDENCES. Use LOGIC. Practice CRITICAL THINKING.

The contactee paradox

Let us assume that yes, there are hundreds, perhaps thousands of true "contactees".
Many of these tell us that their contact with Highly Evolved Civilized Aliens is frequent, even daily.
Obviously it is perfectly logic to say that these contacts must have a strong impact in humans like us, right?

Reading the messages of the contactees, we can have an idea of what the Aliens have "in mind", am I right?
So, let us read the messages given to the contactees by those Aliens.
If we do this, we will find that Aliens think about the Creator, the Ascension( nobody know what exactly this means,) the Illuminati, the New World Order, Christ, Jehovah, the Chakras, New Age, you name it.
But...wait a minute. These Aliens have in their Highly Evolved Minds the same things that we have in ours. (something is wrong here.)
!Nothing about the nature of the Universe, no physics, no medicine, no mathematics..!
In other words, what the Aliens have in their minds, is nothing more and nothing less that what is in the mind of the contactees.
It is perfectly possible to think that there are "contactees" but not Aliens contacting them.
It seems to me that in the messages of the contactees there is nothing Alien.
Perhaps someone have a better idea???

What are 'memes"? They have been defined as virus of the mind.
memes are simple and effective ideas that through repetition become part of our culture.
"cum bono" means just "?who benefits with this?
Now, considet this meme: UFO's crash.
There are no EVIDENCES but the meme works even in some UFO fans.
But who benefits with this meme?
The authorities.
UFO's are vulnerable. We have crashed UFO's.
In other words the UFO crashes meme benefits the authorities because IF UFOs do NOT crash, then WE are vulnerable.

How to analyze Contactees Messages.

First of all, the contactee describes a SUBJECTIVE event. That is something that she/he says it happened to him/her.
Consequently we must accept that message "bona fide". We must believe that contactee is telling us the truth.
But we should also consider the possibility that contactee is telling the truth, but what he describes is hallucinatory. The origin of the communication is not OBJECTIVE at all.
However if we suspend again our disbelief, we have other possibility:
We should analyze carefully the content of the contactee message and see if there is something in it that could not be part of our human culture.
IF the contactee's message gives us NOTHING that we could not find in our own human, terrestrial culture, the contactee's message is just MEANINGLESS.
It's value AS EVIDENCE OF E.T. CONTACT IS CERO.

Deconstructing UFO Secrecy

UFO fantasists (not serious researchers) tell us that the government;
(USA & UK ?,)keep the public ignorant about a tremendous secret.
Not only govs are in contact with several Alien species, but they have
alien ships. More over, ETs organized something like a parallel
government, the so called shadow gov.
Some "whistleblowers" (all of them NOT true insiders) are the sources
of this amazing super-secret.
Now, this happens in the Media Age, also called the Information Age.
Never mind if those whistleblowers are disqualified and do not show
any EVIDENCE of what they say.
Fantasists accuse the non-believers as pathological debunkers,
psy-ops, reptilians, you name it.
However, it is not difficult to understand that in our times such
"secrets" could never be "protected".
There would be true insiders ready to change the world revealing
EVIDENCES of such contact and connivance between Gov's and Aliens.
The TRUTH is that in the Information Age, no secret can be kept for long.
The only Secret behind the "cover-up" is this: Governments do not know
what the real UFOs are.
Of course it is possible that govs. not only let us believe in the
fantastic cover-up, but PROMOTE this belief.

About Pleiadeans

The Pleiades is a starry cluster about 440 light years away from us
but distance is no problem for these benevolent Aliens that want to
help us.
Yes, I know, they came here to tell us about the Creator, his goodness,
and teach us to take better care of our souls.
In other words, they are telling us the same thing we've been hearing
for the last 2 thousand years.
Something is wrong here, something doesn't work.
Honestly, there are lots of problems here: hunger, war, illness, pain,

It looks like some people are courageous enough to THINK.
So, welcome to those not tied by old or new Dogmas.
The UFO Phenomenon is perhaps one of the greatest challenges we face.
However, we will not solve it through self-delusion.
There is NOTHING in the contactees rhetoric that makes us think in a contact between a highly evolved civilization and us, humans.
NOTHING shows that those "aliens" want to help us in any way.
What they presumably talk about with the contactees is not different from what any priest preaches in the neighborhood Church.
We don't know what the UFO phenomenon is. It can be something much more complex than any of our most wild ideas.

On Meditation and the Holmes Comet

Meditation is a fundamental activity for everyone interested in having some control of his Mind.
Meditation is good for the Mind-Body complex we call Human Being.
Meditation is also an excellent tool for Concentration.
But Meditation is not free visualization.
Visualization is Imagination, free association, mind wandering.
Nothing wrong with it, but the "experiences" of this visualization on the Holmes Comet, will give us nothing but very Imaginative, colorful and meaningless associations.
Perhaps, someone writes a book about these visualizations, a nice, meaningless book for young new agers.

CONTRADICTION.

Let us consider first the "world" of contactees, abductees, true
believers, and Ufo-Gurus.
Everybody is talking about different races working here on Earth.
Benevolents , Malevolents, Hybrids, Reptilians, Pleiadeans, Zetans...
Dr. Salla, an authority in the new "science" of exopolitics, tells us
that there are 14 alien races on our planet, colonizing us with the
contribution of the government.
This knowledge is based on testimonies of "whistle blowers".

If someone asks for a little EVIDENCE, he/she is condemned as
debunker, agent of the gov., skeptic, ...even reptilian..!
So, the WORD of the whistle-blower becomes true REVELATION, and to put
it in doubt is a serious sin, even if the whistle-blower is totally
discredited.

However, the same people who KNOWS the aliens are here controlling the
gov. makes a mess when someone, somewhere experiments a UFO sighting...!

But wait...if they are contactees, if they know what is going on, if
they have EVIDENCE but cannot show it, well to see a UFO should be no
more important than watching a car in the street..!
What's going on here? How is possible that someone who meets the
Pleyadeans every night, becomes so interested in a perfectly vulgar
UFO sighting?

Honestly, something doesn't work here, don't you think?.

A Miracle..! The Comet Holmes.

The comet Holmes is a periodic comet in our solar system, discovered
by the British amateur astronomer Edwin Holmes in 1892.

Now, in a couple of days, in October 2007, the comet brightened from a
magnitude of about 17 to about 2.8.
Many things could have happened to our comet, such as an explosion of
gas, or a collision with a meteorite.
Now, honestly, to say that some extraterrestrial intelligence is
giving us a shot of "energy" for the expansion of our spiritual
awareness is a little...to much, am I right?
Also, to go into meditation with the purpose of making some kind of
contact with the comet Holes is more than to much...BUT.
Perhaps I am wrong, perhaps the Aliens are manipulating the Holmes
comet, and perhaps we must turn the comet into some kind of god or
angel, or UFO...
I suggest however, that it is also possible that the inventors of the
new Extraterrestrial Religion are trying to marketing future new books
about the "spiritual message " of the Holmes Comet...

Rational Ufology.

¿Is it possible to analyze the UFO Phenomenon through Logic and Rational thought?
The answer is YES, and not only we have the right to think critically, but the need to do it.
If we don't, the UFO mystery,(which is real,) will end in the hands of charlatans, pseudo-contactees, cultists and impostors.
